Hi
Lately for the past couple days, I notice on my watch I don’t feel the vibration as much as before when I get notifications or my alarm goes on. I went to the setting to check for the vibration of normal and strong, but I can barely feel the vibration or not even feel the vibration. I try to reset the watch to see any different but nothing has changed. I never had this issue with my other Fitbit chargers but this one is not the same. Also, I can see I received the notification but I don’t feel the vibration on the watch. What should I do?? Please help me and this is also happening to my boyfriend too.

Hi, thank you for sharing all this information regarding the issue with the vibration on Charge 5 and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried, @Bumble20bee.
Before considering other options, make sure that the Sleep Mode option is turned off as well on the settings app of your Charge 5. When this setting is on:
In addition, please check if the Do not disturb mode is On, when the do not disturb setting is on, notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move don't cause the tracker to vibrate or the screen to turn on.
Regarding the strength of the vibration, if you already changed the vibration setting to "Strong", please make sure that you've also completed the restart using the three pulse method with the charging cable, instead of the restart found in the settings app of the device.

Thank you after updated the new updates. It took a day or two gain the vibration back. So right now I can feel the vibration when I get notifications
My Fitbit charge 5 is having another issue. It is having trouble charging my Fitbit for some reason. When I charged my Fitbit it shows not charging. I figured the back is dirty or dusty so I clean it. But it end the same result. Next I try to reset my Fitbit, it shows the charging picture, but it’s not really charging the battery on my Fitbit. Basically the battery on the Fitbit is decreasing or staying on one 8% like no process is made. Also, I am using the wall to charge my Fitbit. I look on online the Fitbit reason to see what else I can do, but there was no progress in any of them. What should I do? Please help me @DavideFitbit

I have the same progression of issues and I tried those same steps to correct it. Now it is not charging and I have a red x on the screen. I would appreciate ideas as well.

@Bumble20bee Thank you for confirming that your device is vibrating again after the update and for the pictures you provided.
@Monuga6 @Bumble20bee There are few general recommendations that are usually helpful when the battery is not charging, but it seems you already tried these steps. It's recommended to complete a three pulse restart using the charging cable and to follow the steps listed in this article.
However, if you continue to experience the same problem, I do recommend that you continue the communication with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. They will let you know how to proceed.
