2 deaths of Charge 5's in 2 days!

My husbands Charge 5 stopped charging yesterday (it charges and then dies in hours) and my Charge 5 decided to brick TODAY.  I have charge according to the app, but the only thing I can get to come up is the logo or a black screen.

 I uninstalled the app from the phone, tried the stupid 3 press reset a gazillion times, changing the clock face in the app and now my bluetooth wont even pair with it...NOTHING

Annoyed is a polite word at this point
