Warranty without purchasing receipt?

On eBay you can find still sealed Fitbits, but usually without purchasing receipts as they are e.g. an additional gift for a pixel Smartphone. 

Can I still get the warranty? When does it start maybe after activation?

Hello @ObiTan and welcome to the Community.  You must buy your Fitbit from an Authorized Retailer to get Fitbit's warranty.  eBay isn't an authorized retailer.  This protects you from buying a counterfeit device.

If the seller bought it from an authorised dealer, how is warranty handled, if the swatch is still sealed, but there is no purchase receipt?

@ObiTan   The warranty applies to the original purchaser.  Fitbit Limited Warranty
