Me too. As all have said, worked fine yesterday now only 5 dot at top of screen with middle one red. Any thoughts anyone??

i can’t get a hold of anyone on Fitbit site to notify them. I bought my charge 5 in March 2022.
is there not a year warranty on this?

Best AnswerMy Fitbit is now working perfectly. I followed instructions on how to reset it using charger cable and pressing button on it 3 times with 1 second between presses. It then went into a reboot and screen came back.
Worth a try.
