Same thing has happened to me. Working fine yesterday. Woke up today. No screen and not syncing.

Same here…My device is couple of months old it was working fine in the afternoon but now no display & no syncing

Me too. As all have said, worked fine yesterday now only 5 dot at top of screen with middle one red. Any thoughts anyone??

Same thing happened to me yesterday. Face is blank. Watch is not feeding data to my phone.
i can’t get a hold of anyone on Fitbit site to notify them. I bought my charge 5 in March 2022.
is there not a year warranty on this?
how do I reach customer service?

My Fitbit is now working perfectly. I followed instructions on how to reset it using charger cable and pressing button on it 3 times with 1 second between presses. It then went into a reboot and screen came back.
Worth a try.
