After I drove 250 miles for a visit, same time zone, my watch displays 1 hour later than the Fitbit app on my phone. I checked the app for updates and it returned I had the latest. Any tips how to set/reset the time on the watch to be in sync with the app and phone? This screws up so many things.

Hi, @Relkcam1 , welcome to the community, I suggest you have a look at the online dashboard. Click the gear wheel in the top right corner>settings>scroll down to time zone and adjust. Incorrect time on your device may sometimes indicate syncing is not occurring, check out How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? This issue has been covered in a number of other posts, you might find more information via the search bar.

Thank you Gr4ndp4,
Can't imagine how the time zone was changed but it was set incorrectly.
