I got this Fitbit yesterday. It is really nice but when I get a text the short vibration is really weak and most of the time I don't feel it. Not good. I even have the vibration setting on Strong. Phone call vibrations are strong though.
What to do?

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this issue with your Charge 5.
Currently there's no way to adjust only the vibration for text messages, besides the settings you mentioned earlier (Normal and Strong). Before considering other options, could you please check if you're experiencing the same behavior with the vibration after restarting your device using the charging cable? You can follow the steps listed here.
