The weather app says it works with the charge 5 but the install option is grayed out and it says it's not compatible with the charge 5, the same thing with the breathing exercise app.

Unfortunately neither of them are actually available for the Charge 5 at the moment (hopefully they will turn up one day).  There seems to be an error on the site and moderators have informed Fitbit about it.
