For some reason, my Fitbit does not show my weekly, monthly, and yearly statistics. Wonder why?

It's great to see you here!

Thank you so much for letting us know that the Fitbit app is not showing your stats. 

Have you already checked if you can update the Fitbit app? 

Please try to the following: 

  1. Logout. 
  2. Uninstall.
  3. Reinstall. 
  4. Login.
