Charge 5 will not synchronize my steps to my Weight Watchers App but will synchronize my sleep!  Help!

I have the WW app connected to my Fitbit. Let me be clear: the WW does NOT connect directly to your tracker, it connects to your Fitbit account. You can find the instructions here .
