I went swimming today for about 15 minutes, when I got out of the pool my Fitbit was not working.  It’s fully charged, now just a black screen.  

im starting to figure out these are probably the most poorly made product I’ve ever used.  I bought me and my girlfriend one for Xmas, that was less then 2 months ago, this will now be my third, she’s on her fourth… these things die every other week.

 

 Soooo disappointed because we love what they are supposed to do.  Anyone have any recommendations for alternatives to fitbits?  Just looking for a tracker that will last more then a month (is that too much to ask for)

Try putting it on the charger. My fitbit freaked out during a short swim (twitching, no display) and was at 6% battery when the charger brought it to life. I guess I can't swim with it.

You should be able to get a replacement since it's still under warranty.

 

For the damaged tracker, could be useful to know if water has entered the tracker.
