Look here to make sure the WhatsApp is enabled: open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap notifications. Now tap App Notifications….look to make sure WhatsApp is enabled here. Now sync your Fitbit Tracker to accept any changes you made.
***If the WhatsApp doesn’t appear there make sure that you've received a notification on your phone from WhatsApp then after that, open your Fitbit App, sync then return to App notifications (as described above) and WhatsApp should then appear.
