Where is the route that I walked? Using Charge 5

Even though I have updated my Fitbit, I cannot find where my walking route is pictured. It used to show a map with the changes in heart rate and now I can’t find the map at all. How do I get to it?

I'm glad you posted this situation in regards to the map of your workout using Charge 5.

I was able to confirm you contacted support via phone call and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.
