Will the sleep data collected during fitbit's outage the last 2 days be restored and viewable in the app after the issue resolves, or will we never see that data?

Hello @Jessieblee and welcome to the Community. I got service back yesterday before I lost it again today. All of my data from the "down" time was there. Just be patient and don't do any kind of troubleshooting on your own like un-pairing your Charge 5. You will lose data if you do that.

Some of my data restored but today synch is almost impossible and sleep scores not recorded for second day in a row. Husbands charge 5 is the same...
