Won't track steps

All of the sudden in the middle of the day it won't track my steps. The number has stayed the exact same for most of the morning. Any ideas on how to help?

Hello @Rpayne45 

 

I would try restarting your Charge 5 to see if that helps. Scroll down on your Charge 5 screen and tap settings gear wheel. Now scroll to and tap Restart Device then tap Restart.
