Hi there., I'm wearing this fitbit watch as I'm involved in. My group pays for everything and fitbit provides the watch . I immediately h a d reaction to the rubber wristband. Red, itchy, scaling skin. A friend bought me one of the cloth. And I tried to snap it onto the notch where it goes, and one side, it will not snap in. So I'm unable to use it. Can you c replace the device so I can resume using it?
