Zone minutes not recorded

My charge five shows 0 active be minutes today. I did a 69 minute WERQ class this morning. That is usually  100+ active zone minutes. Everything else seems to be working.

I'm not doubting you at all, but for AZM issues, you have to look at heart rate.  Go to the source; look at the heart rate graph, particularly during the class workout.  Make sure your heart rate was in the appropriate heart rate zone(s).  I'm not doubting it was, but that is always the first place to look for AZM issues.  You might even find that it was not even recording your heart rate during that time for some reason.  Then you would have a better idea of what the the problem is.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
