I've read that the fitbit takes bmr into account for calorie calculation, but if my daily calorie requirement for food and x calories don't know the difference to add to my diet since it doesn't separate the two, how do I resolve?
Best Answer1) What are "x calories"?
2) Are you using a Fitbit food plan?
3) Your title speaks of "step ratio" but you don't mention in post. Besides, calorie burn is not based on steps, but heart rate.
Best Answerx it is the value of the calories necessary for your lifestyle and the meal plan you intend to follow. i use lifesum to follow the diet I connect the fitbit to the lifesum app. X it is an undefined value that depends on the weight of your body fat and the conductivity of your organism. on reflection my question was superfluous because I noticed that the caloric ratio varies automatically by connecting the fitbit so thanks for your availability
