calorie step ratio

I've read that the fitbit takes bmr into account for calorie calculation, but if my daily calorie requirement for food and x calories don't know the difference to add to my diet since it doesn't separate the two, how do I resolve?

1)  What are "x calories"?

2) Are you using a Fitbit food plan?

3) Your title speaks of "step ratio" but you don't mention in post.  Besides, calorie burn is not based on steps, but heart rate.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

x it is the value of the calories necessary for your lifestyle and the meal plan you intend to follow. i use lifesum to follow the diet I connect the fitbit to the lifesum app. X it is an undefined value that depends on the weight of your body fat and the conductivity of your organism. on reflection my question was superfluous because I noticed that the caloric ratio varies automatically by connecting the fitbit so thanks for your availability
