charge 5 lagging

I’ve had my charge 5 for about a year and a half now and I recently got it wet at a splash pad and had been careful around water with it so this was one of the first times it’s been exposed to water. When it first got wet it didn’t turn on but after it had dried off it wouldn’t sync to my phone. After a day or two it’s now completely disconnected from my phone and will only show the Fitbit logo on it but it’s unable to connect to my phone. Any advice on how to fix this?

Hi , I’m sorry to hear that, I wold call the people where you gad it from. And explain it , what happens with your Fitbit. I had the same problem, with my first Fitbit. I just called them. I wish you good luck with your Fitbit. Keep me posted 😊👍
