charge 5 not syncing

My charge 5 is not syncing with phone , any suggestions please ?

I am having the same issue.  I have tried syncing with tablet and charging my Fitbit and neither one helped.

I checked on the status of the Fitbit servers and didn't see any issues there.

Out of curiosity, what phone/tablet are you using with your Charge 5?
