My Charge 5, which is only a few months old, stopped working yesterday. The battery was not flat. I cannot charge it. I pressed the button on the charger 3 times - and the watch buzzed, but nothing else happened. While on charge, the watch is getting warmer. Before today, there were several times when the charge lasted less than a day. Can anyone offer a solution, or should I take it back to be replaced?

Best Answer@PsychoPete I wouldn't put it on the charger if it is getting warm. It sounds like the device is defective/dying. You should reach out to Fitbit Support for further instruction/replacement.
