I have had my Charge 5 tracker for 2 years it randomly stopped working a month ago. It is super frustrating because I need it for my health and wellness. It will not turn on, no matter what I do. I have reset it through the charging cord (hold for 3 seconds etc.), the phone and the app. I have used every tip provided through the online forums and none have worked. I am really disappointed with the product.

Read the posts in this forum. Your charge has likely been bricked by the recent software update. Hundreds if not thousands are experiencing the same thing. If that’s the case, there’s probably nothing you can do other than contact Fitbit support.

I am having the exact same issue, won't charge turn on and when it started going funny the screen flashed green and kept flickering, I have tried to contact fitbit through the chat but even that is now not working, how do I contact them now, I emailed but got a reply to say they no longer offer support through email!

Are you on Twitter (now “X”)? I was able to get help from them there yesterday, very quickly.
