dead fitbit charge 5

My charge 5 is dead and it wont charge, its been some hours with the logo on screen and now dead. I saw the reset tips but my charger has no button (  the stand charger that came with the watch) and the watch has no button either. What should i do? many thanks

The button is very easy to miss. See the diagram below:

Thank you Steve, i checked and there's no button in the usb end, just a usb logo but no button in either side ;-(

sorry i did have the usb  the flat one. It does come with a button but i connected the device and pressed 3 times with one sec between each one and i know its working becaue the device trembles but nothing happens. what else can i do? many thanks!

Mine died during a swim yesterday. It started vibrating non-stop about 5 minutes into the swim so I took it off and dried it. It continued to vibrate for the rest of the day and no amount of resetting with the charger gave any response. This morning I tried to reset again and now the logo flashes on the screen with streaky lines like you'd see on a PC with a fried GPU. Not looking good!

Mine is just a black face bracelet as of this morning.  Nothing works.
