Is the ECG app of the Charge 5 available in Jamaica. I bought Charge 5 in US, ECG was working. Moved to Jamaica, ECG app not showing and wont install.  Please help.  Thanks

Hello @paolah 

 

It looks like the ECG App isn’t available in Jamaica yet and that’s probably why it’s disappeared from your Charge 5.

 

If you check this link and scroll down to the bottom of the page it shows which countries  it’s available in.

 

ECG 

 

Fitbit has to wait for the authorities in each country to approve it before it can be released there.

 

 I’m sorry that you can’t use it now.
