Hi, @Prastt , sometimes if the battery on the Fitbit is allowed to die completely it becomes unresponsive. A restart will usually solve this.
I appreciate that you have tried the button press once, but sometimes it takes a couple of tries before it responds. It is also important to press not too fast and not too slowly - a pause of one second in between each press is ideal.
So I would suggest plugging it in to charge again, making sure the connections are lined up and that you are using a plug known to be working.
While it is still plugged in and charging press the button on the flat end of the charger counting one-pause-two-pause-three , and then wait approximately 10 seconds (still plugged in) for the Fitbit logo to appear.
Hopefully this will get it back going again. For best results try to avoid allowing the battery to die completely as doing so often (now and again is not a problem) will shorten the overall battery life of your device.
Good luck! Let us know how it goes, and welcome to the Community!
