@Tvonb Probably just a glitch. But personally, I would just track it from the Exercise app on the watch to guarantee it gets tracked.

@Tvonb Hello and welcome. Can you elaborate? Were you relying on it to auto-track an exercise? Or did you start the exercise from the Charge 5 itself?

@Tvonb What type of exercise? Just walking? You can check the settings in the app to adjust when the auto-track feature starts. So if you set it for a 10 minute walk, then it should automatically record the walk after 10 minutes of continuous movement.
If you're doing something like lifting weights, I think it's much harder for the device to track because you aren't moving continually.

Have you checked the settings for the auto detect exercises? Cycling may have been turned off, or set to a larger time period.
