food database differences between users

I've done a number of searches on this subject and followed various suggestions (logging out of app and restarting phone, restarting bluetooth, reinstalling the app etc etc)
My wife and I both have the Charge 5 - we have our location settings the same and I can see no difference to our accounts at all..... However my food database shows products that are relevant for us (as we live in the UK) but my wife's doesn't. - Things like "Tesco 85% dark chocolate"

We both have android phones
Why are there different databases being called on? My wife previously had a flex about 4 years ago but mine is a new account.

Any ideas out there or pointers to previous topics/fixes for this frustration?

Hello @Grewmeister and welcome to the Community.  There is a separate Food Database selection in the Fitbit app.  Tap on your profile image in the upper left, then scroll down to Activity & Wellness > Nutrition & Weight > Food Database.  You would think that the database would set to your location, but are they the same or different?  If you both have the UK database, then I am as confused as you.
