iPhone 11 won’t sync charge 5

I tried all the suggestions. Charge 5 won’t sync or acknowledge iPhone fitbit app. 
charge 5 screen DOWNLOAD THE FITBIT MOBILE APP. It is downloaded. I tried all the suggestions turn blue tooth off then on. iPhone off and on. Delete data from fitbit on iPhone. But won’t actually Sync. Not now. Never. HELP

Same here but for Samsung since I got the android 13 update my charge 5 won't sync. Live chat are useless and just keep telling me to restart the watch and phone repeatedly.

@dhwell I am not an iPhone user, but try this:

  • Log out of the ftibit app, and close the app
  • In the iPhone app settings, clear the fitbit cache
  • In the iPhone bluetooth settings, forget the fitbit
  • Turn off bluetooth
  • Relaunch the fitbit app and login
  • Turn on bluetooth, but do NOT connect to the fitbit via the iPhonebluetooth settings
  • Go back to the fitbit app to connect to the fitbit tracker.
  • If this still doesn't work, it may be necessary to forget the tracker in your app settings, and then reconnect to your Charge 5 as a new device.
