Take your count of those posts as a fraction of the millions of Fitbits sold yearly, and consider the happy customers do often bother coming here just to say they are pleased.

Or think of the number of happy customers who did not post here, compared to the complaints here.  Now ask yourself, is this a model for success?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I am happy with my Charge 5. I have put off upgrading from my Charge 4 for the longest time as I did not believe it will worth my while. A Christmas gift however changed my opinion. I enjoy my Charge 5, particularly the user interface. ❤️

The Charge 5 is a good device. My wife and I have been using Fitbits since the Charge 2, have upgraded to every iteration since.

I have preordered 2 Charge 5's, and we are very happy with it. Battery lasts both of us 8-9 days, and everything works perfectly.

Minor issue (for me) is the Bluetooth connectivity issue, but all I see from that is the message that randomly pops up in the app to fix the issue - but that message disappears after a second or two and the device syncs perfectly after that.

it is perfect that it leaves you with the satisfaction, but let's look at it objectively - what is has and what it does not. specifically (correct me if i am wrong), you can't: manually on demand measure the SpO2, check the time during the training, synchronize with google feet

all the above is accurately done by mi smartband 6 (yes, accurately)

@mute_parrot  Please feel free to get the Mi Smartband 6, and I do hope you are pleased with it.  Different devices have different strengths and capabilities.  And along with the hardware, different devices have different apps, record-keeping, etc.  Get the one that pleases you.  I am satisfied with Fitbit, but I do not go to the Mi support boards, if they even have them, to complain about any features they might be lacking.

And yes you can check the time during training.
