Just started happening today. When I log into my fitbit app with my gmail account, it pops up a blank screen with "Something went wrong" and a "go back" link. I can't use anything. I have tried multiple networks and multiple DNS settings. It seems like a big chunk of fitbit servers have gone offline.
Side note: If this is the "free" (multiple Benjamins) experience, why would I pay for premium?

The app has finally started logging in. Took 10 minutes to sync and fail 3 times on a clock update, but it eventually succeeded and I haven't lost any data apparently. I don't appreciate being ignored by tech support, though, so I will likely be moving on when this Charge 5 inevitably dies. I wish fitbit well in the future, but it looks like selling out to Google was a mistake.

Still can't login. Anybody have any ideas? This thing is worthless without the app because it won't connect over Wi-Fi. And none of the android emulators support Bluetooth. Why can't you guys provide a Windows App? Windows has over 70% of the market share of the computer market. You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar, and Apple and Android are some serious vinegar lately.

It's just a matter of time before this thing loses time sync and isn't even worth using as a watch (based on previous Fitbit experience). Any Fitbit employees interested in investigating this login issue. I'm willing to share any logs you need. I'm also willing to beta test a windows app for you.
