Set up my charge 5 and I cannot get the "download app" off my Charge 5 or phone. I downloaded the app on my phone, did the setup, and it said. all connected. Also, my screen is black, with only those words.

Oh, I'm sorry to hear you're having such a big problem @Sulki
If it hasn't been fixed yet, please try restarting it from the charger. Connect it to the charger and then press the button at the USB end 3 times. Hopefully that should reset it so you can start using it.

If that doesn't work for you, it would be a good idea to contact Support. Getting them on Chat seems to be an effective way.

I have downloaded the fitbit app on to my Huawei mate 40 Pro but its not letting me set up my device, the fitbit is telling me to download the app but I've already downloaded the app.... Help please

I don't have Android myself, but if you follow this link and then scroll down a bit (at the beginning it's talking about Charge 4 but then goes to general things) you might find something there. Especially about having the up to date version of the app and for your phone. Other things that might help are switching off your adblocker (if you have one on).
