sleep stages and score missing

Greetings!

I posted a couple of days ago, but the powers that be have moved the post to the android app section. Yes I use the android app, BUT I also use the web interface. On September 20/21, 2022 my sleep score and stages went to the simplified version that only show awake and restlessness with no score at all. I am also seeing my resting heart rate as incredibly low, from about 70 to now about 45. I have taken the band off to clean, followed troubleshooting ideas put forth from support to others posts, and set the sleep sensitivity to sensitive (from normal). Nothing has changed. This is happening on both the web interface and the android app. Can I please get some acknowledgment that this issue is being looked at and worked on. It is okay to say, "yes we are aware of the situation and looking for workarounds" because I doubt that I am the only person/customer/client having this issue.

Thank you for your attention in this matter,

Don

A few years ago, I experienced a somewhat similar rapid drop in resting heart rate, eventually went to my doctor about it, and discovered it was caused by a heart rhythm problem, which might also prevent getting regular heart beat detected to allow sleep stage detection.

At the time, if I took my own pulse at wrist, I would regularly feel skipped heart beats.

I suggest you contact your doctor and consider the possibility this is not a fitbit problem, but rather a fitbit warning.

Greetings!

An update ... when I posted this issue I had already made an appointment with my lung doctor (COPD), but that was about 2 weeks out. When I had the flow test before the appointment it was noticed my heart rate was low. The lung doctor had me go for an EKG and I was admitted to the hospital on the 18th. In my case I had a 3rd degree block. I am now a proud owner of a pacemaker and glad I'm not dead. And yes, I am now getting sleep stages and score plus my resting heart rate has a sense of normalcy.

This was the exact reason why I got myself a Fitbit when I retired a year ago. When you live alone it is very easy to ignore the signs that something is wrong.

My Charge 5 and Luxe no longer have a sleep score and or a breathing rate. This worked or a long time, now, nothing. I have restarted the devices, logged out, restarted my phone, Nothing works.
