I upgraded from charge 4 to charge 5 but for some reason i can not determine it doesnt track my sleep at all. I tried syncing before sleep last night but didnt get any data i had to manually log the sleep though id get all the info afterwords like their is a bug between the app and the tracker.

I upgraded from Inspire 2 to Charge 5 yesterday, and it seemed to be working mostly fine straight out of the box (not the most accurate on steps), so I was excited to see the SpO2 this morning. But not only had it not tracked my sleep, it hasn't been picking up my heartbeat at all since sometime last night.

Hello @Lndsywllms
I just have a quick suggestion for your heart rate issue.
Scroll down from the main Clock face screen on your Charge 5 until you see Settings, tap on that and then scroll up until you see Heart Rate, check that that is toggled on, so that it shows as blue not grey. That should start your heart rate measuring again.
If it is already turned on, it might be worth moving your tracker a bit further up your wrist so that it’s touching the skin but not too tight.
As the tracker uses your heart rate to tell when you’re asleep, that’s probably why it didn’t record it last night.
It can take a few days for SPO2 to show up.
Hello @GuardianSean
The sleep tracking should be automatic. In my personal case, I just go to sleep and then in the morning when I wake up, turn on Bluetooth and sync. It can take a few seconds for the information to show, but it tracks quite well.
it doesn’t track short periods of sleep though.
