My first charge 6 was replaced under warranty after it stopped charging. Attaching the charge cable (I have 3) initially will show the battery % but does not charge and goes dead. Now the replacement is doing the same.
Like I stated 3 cables, multiple charging (AC adapter, Computer USB)
The hard reset (15 second button hold) the 3 quick button on charging cable, does nothing, just like the first.
Very disappointed, might need to look at a different product line.

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is not charging. This is not the experience wanted for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation.
Thank you for all the troubleshooting steps you tried.
Could you please confirm if you verified if the pins on the device or charging cable are dirty? Dust and debris can accumulate over time. Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
I suggest you to restart your device trying this procedure:
