Access denied to charge 6 help page

When I click on Charge 6 help I get an “access denied” message.  Why would access be denied?

The Charge 6 Forum is what results in access denied.

I am trying to access the charge 6 Forum. I continue to get the Access
Denied message. I have signed out of my account and signed back in several
times. I can’t find a cache to clear nor can I find the reset access. The
manual “push the button 3 times” to reset doesn’t work.

@slcarpenter - sorry, I think I understand now. In the app, there is a link that is supposed to take you here, to the Charge 6 Forum, but the link isn’t working when you try to use it. It doesn’t work for me either. I’ll let Fitbit know, but in the meantime you aren’t missing anything. This is where that link is supposed to take you - a community form for the Charge 6.

Thank you! That lowers my frustration level. Now if I can figure out how
to get the watch to sync, I’ll be a lot happier with my purchase.

For our team to better understand and investigate this, could you please confirm the phone model, and OS version, where the link is not workig properly?
(eg, iPhone14 iOS 15, Pixel 7 Android 11, etc).
If you tried accesing the link on another device, please include it also on your reply.

iPhone 13 Pro Max iOS 17.2.1. Let me know if you don’t find what link
doesn’t work and I’ll try to describe it. It is labeled a charge 6 forum.

The link is shown on the pictures shared by our friend Baltoscott , I think this will be enough for our team to look at it. Should I need more info or receive further Info, I'll be updating the thread and will let you know.
