Active zone minutes don't show up

For some reason, my active zone minutes do show up on the general dashboard, but don't show up on the Zone Minute memu, even after vigorous synching, installing and de-installing the app etc.

Does the Active Zone Minutes number on your Today page match what you see on your Charge 6?

Do you see the Active Zone Minutes value when you switch from Daily to Weekly view?

Thank you for sharing the information regarding this difficulty into the Fitbit app and for trying to fix it on your own. Also, thank you for sharing the screenshots about it. 

Please, make sure that you are using the latest version of the app.

Try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.

Hi @RiekoC,
The minutes of the today page matched what I saw on the charge 6. It just didn't show on the daily or weekly and all together disappeared the next morning. I'm SO fed up with my Charge 6 constantly erasing steps, workouts, et. and Fitbit not doing anything to fix it.

I did all those things, nothing changed. Now the app has deleted my steps, minutes and work out AGAIN. So done with Fitbit not helping me.
