Did you offload it or delete it? If deleted, did you get previous data back?
akso, do you know how to check which version I’m using and switch between different versions?
thanks?

Nope. Several entries disappeared on the 24th and 25th (yesterday).
---
Uninstaller and reinstalled but didn't help. Still had one food entry disappear yesterday.
Best AnswerAt the moment it seems to be working. I did just add 1 item at a time and would exit out and go back in each time. So far that's been working. Haven't tried adding multiple as I don't want to go back to square one. And the items haven't been disappearing and reappearing yet. 🤞🤞🤞
Madziad, I didn't try to get data back, I just resumed logging food and water when I found that it was working again. You can find which version you are using by tapping on your icon in the upper right corner, then tap Help and it shows the App version at the bottom. I'm on 4.67. I do not know if you can switch between different versions. Also, the Help Center option is there if you want to contact fitbit about the issue.
Best AnswerCan you get on the public preview of the new app? I am using that, have connected MyFitnessPal, and am logging all my food into MyFitnessPal. It then transfers all the nutrition data to Fitbit via the connection. I got fed up with waiting for a fix. It also gets around the unable to log custom foods thing, because you can in MyFitnessPal.😂
Best AnswerWhere do you get the public preview of the app? I do not MyFItnessPal so would that version still work? I really don't want to add yet another app to track. 😬
Best AnswerI got the Public Preview of the app through tapping on a message that was constantly sitting at the top of my screen. You would need to download MyFitnessPal. It is free, and it's actually pretty slick. It lets you add a recipe by entering ingredients and calculates the fat, carbs, protein and a bunch of other stuff in a portion of your recipe for you. You can then add it to your diary on whichever meal you ate it for. If you connect Fitbit and MyFitnessPal, Fitbit takes the nutrition data from it.

One day last week, my logged food would disappear and the calories burned were not accurate. Today the calories burned are not accurate but the food logged correctly.
----
I've been using it since 2017.
I am having multiple issues with the mobile app with regard to recording and monitoring my daily food intake. 1.) I can no longer add a "Custom" food 2.) My daily calorie count is not showing up on the dashboard 3.) I cannot edit any of my existing foods under the "Frequent, Recent, Custom and My Foods" headers... and these are no longer updating and finally 4.) The bar graphs showing daily, weekly, monthly calories in/calories burned are not showing the proper values. I've tried everything possible to correct... restart my Android Samsung Galaxy phone, deleting and installing a new app download... nothing seems to work. Frustrating to say the least following the decision in July 2024 to eliminate the web-based app. Anyone else having these problems? Are there solutions?
Of the items you have listed, I have observed that my "Recent" foods are no longer updating. In fact, the list has shortened considerably. My daily calorie count and bar graphs are displaying correctly. (never have tried to add a custom food!)

I am using another free app that allows you to input recipes using ingredients found in their database for my food logging, as well as having the ability to log packaged foods the way you log them in Fitbit (and also custom foods). It's called MyFitnessPal, and you can connect it through the Fitbit settings to Fitbit. This then feeds through calories etc to Fitbit. As for incorrect graphs for calories burned, this has been an issue for a while now, as it was a problem with the old app too. I have started ignoring it, but would be nice if they fixed it.
Btw MyFitnessPal also has a frequent and recent list, and you can just log yesterday's breakfast again if you eat exactly the same thing again.

Custom foods is useful if you make your own food, or eat something that isn't in the database.

Best AnswerWith the new app it’s not possible to change the measurement from cup to oz to gm, etc. Also when you change the portion size it reverts to a different portion size in calories
