Application to notify me to move during sleep

I have much less than 2.6 events/hr during sleep, so I would appreciate if there was a possibility to have a small push every 1-2 hours, to help me move a bit.

If anyone has any hint, thank you in advance!

Hi @Anyiann  how about using the silent alarm feature where your Fitbit will vibrate at specified times? That or use your phone's alarm system and it will help you to wake up slightly during the night.

Hello @Anyiann and welcome to the Community.  I'm not sure why you want to be pushed to move in your sleep.  In Fitbit sleep analysis (the deeper analysis that you get with Premium), more movement get perceived as more tossing and turning.  I wish I could sleep more like you.

I know what you mean, and I get very good scores in sleep analysis. But I went to the other limit.. I get neck pain by sleeping in one side continuesly for more than 3 hours!
