Anyone else with tracking number sent that is staying in "awaiting carrier pickup" mode? My Charge 6 has been in this state since October 10th - just checking the norms.

Mine was sent on the 10th and arrived on the 12th. Ordered as a guest.

Yes, exactly the same with me. Tried live chat this morning, initially got asked to contact courier myself ( not my problem!) They then tell me there is a shipping delay! Why not notify me then? Absolutely fuming. I could have bought from Amazon and got next day delivery, now have to wait till end of week and no doubt longer to get refund.

Ordered on 12th, same message regarding awaiting carrier pickup. No end in sight based on customer service chat.  If anyone sees this that hasn't ordered, don't!

No fighting with customer service. They are telling me at least  one to two weeks. They screwed their customers and took care of the big box stores.

Agreed - went through chat for the 2nd time today - it wasn't until I
reiterated it was their responsibility to get me what I ordered and
threatening to contest the credit card charges, that the admitted it is 1-2
weeks, and that the shipping email only meant they had accepted the order.
Total BS since I am out of town end of next week, and I am sure that's
when it will arrive.

I pre-ordered mine the day it was released, a label was created on the 10th, talked in chat with someone and they said I would need to bring it up with USPS and pretty much dusted their hands of the situation. I was expecting to get it by the 20th at the latest. Very frustrating that they can't find anymore information out about why its not being shipped out. I should have waited and just gotten it from a store or amazon.
