I snorkeled in my fitbit and now it's blackscreened and unresponsive. It was at a 78% charge beforehand. I've dried it for ten hours and have done the charging push the button 3xs thing. Any other fixes? Or do I buy a new one or an apple watch? My app says it's not connected and the update wouldn't take. I thought the Charge 6 was good for up to 50 ft. I was on the surface.... miracle suggestions?

Hi @SoniSpiralSun and welcome back to the forums.
I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 has a black screen after snorkeling.
Please try at first to apply the advice shown here: What should I do if my Fitbit device gets wet?
Then, try the alternative restart method explained here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hi @SoniSpiralSun! Thank you for your reply.
Since you have tried the steps suggested by @MarioSFitbit my best suggestion is that you contact technical support directly, as they have more tools to provide you with the appropriate follow-up.
