My screen was working first thing this morning, then about 2 hours later I went to check the time and my screen was black. It still vibrated when I pushed the side buttons. It was at 80% charge, I thought I would try putting it on charge to see if that helped, it vibrated when I put it on charge, BUT the screen is still black. Tried to reset and the app said it would send a code to the charge 6 (waste of time when I have a black screen). Wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Charge 6 was only purchased in March of this year.

Hello @AmSamMum, welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Thanks a lot for taking the time to explain this whole situation to us, all the steps you have done already are truly appreciated!
To continue helping you, I'd like to recommend a few additional steps. Let's start with this:
Make sure to remove your Charge 6 from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
Turn off your Bluetooth signal.
From your Charge 6 settings, factory reset the device.
Please note that this process will delete all information from your device, meaning any unsynced data will be lost. I only recommend this option to exhaust all possibilities.
Once you've completed the process, try setting up your device again. How do I set up my Fitbit device?
