Did you mean:

Sleep data goes off suddenly.

This has happened twice. I travel the globe and am always in different time zones. Was in Paraguay for two months and from one day to the next sleep data was off by one hour. Then I returned to USA and it returned to normal. Now I’m in Zambia and two nights ago it started being off by two hours! I went to bed at 9:25 and it says 7:15. If I try and change the hours I lose all the info on deep sleep etc. Also, every week or so, it just doesn’t record. As if I hadn’t slept.

Hi @MonicaBarreto Technically Charge 6 is suppose recognize the timezone change and adjust based on location or what network you're on.  In my experience, I find that it doesn't auto adjust and I've had to manually change it to my current time zone to avoid the incorrect times, especially when I'm traveling.  I change it as soon as I land in a new country to avoid issues later.  On transit days, I will not have any sleep data.  And sometimes for 1 or 2  days in my new location, sleep data remains off.

I agree that time zone changes confuse it…but twice it’s worked fine for
weeks and then from one day to the next it goes off by an hour (Paraguay)
and two hours (Zambia). In Paraguay it seemed to adjust to New York time
but that theory messed up in Zambia. So not sure what’s going on, since for
several weeks it’s okay…adjusted from when I land…then later goes bonkers.
