Hi,
I bought my Fitbit on Thursday last week and today I have seen that my Fitbit has red lines on the screen and I have not dropped it or hit it anywhere. I tried resetting it and changing the screen but still shows the lines. What should I do?

That isn't normal behavior.
Since it sounds like you're probably within the return/exchange window, you might want to consider returning the Charge 6 to the place where you bought it for a replacement.
