Hi all! I just had a question regarding calorie counting/burning with my new Fitbit. I understand having a bit of mismatch between the amount of calories a machine says I burn, to what my Fitbit says I burn, but last nights walk was crazy! Now I'm wondering if my calorie deficit has not been a deficit at all. Which should I go off? Is there any way to sync these up a little better? Help 😭
