First 120km bike ride and the gps won’t connect. Tried turning it on and off again obviously… but no luck.

Hi @Thomaspre.
It might sound silly but have you tried wearing your Charge 6 a little bit looser? For some reason Fitbit designed the device with the GPS antenna window at the back of the device (the part that sits against your skin). Obviously for something that requires a clear line of sight to operate effectively, this isn't ideal. Bear in mind though, loosening the device may affect heart rate accuracy.

Hi! Thanks for the quick reply. I haven’t tried that but to be honest if that’s the fix then I’m sending mine back. It’s crazy. Especially I had set GPS to dynamic and I had my phone so it should revert to phone GPS right?
Its shambles.

Yes it is certainly a flaw with the Charge 6 when it comes to built in GPS.
You are correct though, in dynamic it should use the phone GPS unless no phone is detected. You could try changing from dynamic to phone in the settings. This way you aren't giving the device the choice but are forcing it to use the phones GPS (assuming you alhabe it with you).
