Whenever I finish a run with my charge 6 and go into the app, I am only able to view the GPS map showing my heartbeat throughout the run. When I click the pace button, nothing happens and it continues displaying only my heart rate zones. I have tried restarting my fitbit, restarting my iPhone, updating the fitbit app, and redownloading the app, but nothing works. I would really like to see what my pace was at certain parts of my running path.

I’m in the same boat and came here looking for answers! It’s only been the last week or so though

Same! Mine is Versa 2. Hoping someone has the answer soon (potentially since worldwide IT crash?)

Same problem with my Charge 5. It's been going on for a few weeks.

Yes I do also see the pace graph but the pace map is what doesn't show for me.

Exactly the same, it worked until about 2 weeks ago, now I can only see heart rate. You’d think they’d fix the bug if enough people report it?!

Same problem here - with a Sense 2. I’ve just noticed an available update today and will try that.
As I see others share the fault, I can ease my frustration in no longer attempting to find a setting to fix it! Thank you.

I've been having the same trouble as well for the last few weeks. The app crashes everytime I select pace on the map. Hopefully they fix it soon.

Charge 6, Pixel 8a, Android 14 (AP2A.240905.003.A1), Fitbit 4.25.2. Clicking on "pace" button for certain runs crashes app. Not totally consistent, can see pace for some runs, but often occurs. Crazy that this bug hasn't been fixed yet.
