Does anyone have an idea how this works? All of a sudden, the monitor told me that I was "at risk of undertraining" and set me an unrealistic target which I could only fulfil by training all day and very little else, and which might not even be wise for a man of my age (60).
Now apparently, this is calculated based on the last 7 days activity, but when I checked back, i had been in target or above target for the previous 7 days, and even further back, and the monitor has said that I was wither "maintaining" or "improving".
I1ve anyone has a clue how Fitbit works this out please say so, because I haven't got a clue!

Hello @JohnOH
There are many of us that are still trying to figure out how the Cardio Load/ Cardio Target Load works. And, I've had this since it was first released for the Pixel Watch 3 last year.
Although I'm not sure if this will be helpful, this page (<-- click) has more information about Cardio Load including how it's calculated. My apologies if you've already reviewed this information.

The messages regarding cardio load seem to have a set pattern and don't use any of the information needed to make the correct calculations. I will get the recommendation to aim for a 45 - 60 cardio load which is fairly easy for this 65 year old woman, but not when I get 2 hours of sleep and my readiness score is low. On the converse, getting the message to take it easy, 1-15 cardio load, when my sleep score is high, my readiness score is high, and other related info says it is a peak time to get my heart rate up.

Hello @Dawn2007
You might want to consider participating in the Public Preview for the updated Fitbit app that should be opening up soon. Based on info that I've seen, Cardio Load will be a weekly target instead of a daily target. I think that will make it easier to manage our activities. I know I'm looking forward to trying out the updated Fitbit app for this reason.
FYI - I believe you need a Premium subscription to participate in the Public Preview.

Hi @RiekoC
I would miss the daily Cardio Load. Mainly because I need to track daily due to physical issues and all the triggers.
I have a Premium subscription. I haven't even gotten the latest Charge 6 update, how do I participate in the Public Preview for an updated Fitbit app?

Hi @Dawn2007
There should be an announcement/blog post pinned in the Fitbit forums when the Public Preview opens.
You can also sign up to be notified from this Google Store page (<-- click).
This Engadget article (<-- click) has a good summary of the updated Fitbit app with screenshots.

Thank you @RiekoC . I get notifications from the Google Store and go to the Charge 6 forum about once a week/month. I will keep a watch out for it.
