Hi,
I’ve recently changed to a charge 6 from 5. Not great so far! Cardio load doesn’t appear to work. HR tracking is working for runs, walks etc (even in swimming). But no cardio load is being calculated- annoying.
and repeated messages about under training are getting irritating! What am I doing wrong?
charge 5 was all good (til it broke!)
appreciate any help

@Fittodrop21 If you've consistently worn your Fitbit while exercising for at least a week, it should start giving you a cardio load after. Those are the official parameters. Glitches do occur. To give you an example from my personal experience recently: I had a cardio load, then suddenly I stopped getting it even though I've been consistent with exercise (I was actually in the at risk for over training warning), no cardio load for 3 days, then it started up again.

Hi @Fittodrop21 and welcome to the forums.
I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your cardio load doesn't appear to work. This is not the experience wanted for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this issue.
Could you please verify the cardio load set up process explained here? Set up cardio load

@Fittodrop21 You can adjust your target, maybe too aggressive? In the link Mario sent there are instructions. It definitely will recalibrate with additional data.
When you go into the cardio load tile scroll to the bottom to "Adjust my target". If you have improve cardio set and if you really pushed it during the prior weeks exercises compared to current week workouts where you might be taking it a little easy, the device thinks you're not working hard enough.
