I'm trying to hit near the top of the cardio load target area, but for one reason or another I often overshoot slightly.
I get the impression it penalizes this by lowering instead of raising my target. Is that how it works?
It's not a big problem, since I guess I can just ignore the target range.

Best AnswerFrom what I understand if you overshoot the target often the cardio will ask you to slow down because it thinks you are pushing your body too much so will give you a lower target. From what I've seen on mine I think the aim is to get you to slow down after reaching the goal on many occasions.
